Details

Rounded, grounded, and built to stay outside.

The Cask Metal Outdoor Set pairs a treated iron structure with kiln-dried Musky pine and deep cushioning — a softer, more enveloping shape than the usual straight-edged patio set, without giving up the weather protection that keeps outdoor furniture alive past its first season.

What it's made of

Kiln-dried Musky pine — Scandinavian softwood, kiln-dried before cutting so it holds its shape through Egyptian heat and humidity.
Custom weather-resistant iron frame — treated steelwork carrying the load, so the timber is doing shape rather than structure.
High-density ultra-soft foam — holds its form season after season and still sits soft.
Premium hollow-fibre fill — added through the cushions for loft and airflow.
High-grade duco lacquer finish — a hard sealed coat over every surface, the difference between furniture that fades and furniture that doesn't.

Where it works

Garden lounges, roof terraces and shaded poolsides — anywhere you want the seating to feel like a room rather than a set of chairs pointed at a view.
